Harbor Terrace of Old Town Condominium is conveniently located in North Old Town Alexandria between the Potomac River and the George Washington Memorial Parkway, to the East and West. A little more than a mile to the south is King Street, the heart of Old Town Alexandria filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Two miles north is Reagan National Airport (DCA), a short 10-minute drive.

On the northern perimeter of our property line is the George Washington biking/walking path connecting the community to Washington DC to the north and Mt. Vernon to the South, and the C&O and WO&D Bike paths to the west.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a variety of locally owned businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops, dry cleaners, mail services and health clubs.
