Payment Information

Legacy Community Services offers 3 different ways to pay your assessments. Below are the different ways plus any convenience fees as applicable:


1. USPS Mail


Please make your check payable to Harbor Terrace at Old Town Condominium. You can mail the check with the remittance portion of your statement to:

Please include your new account number on the payment. If you already mailed your assessment payment to prior management, it will be forwarded to us within the next few weeks.


2. ACH Direct Debit


You can sign up for this “free” service one of 2 ways. You can complete the form that was sent with the Welcome Letter, or you can login to the resident portal on CINC systems to find the direct debit form online. You will need to complete it in entirety and send to us along with a copy of a voided check for processing. The website to visit is lcs.cincwebaxis.com.


PLEASE NOTE THAT DIRECT DEBITS SET UP WITH PRIOR MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TRANSFER TO LEGACY. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE LEGACY FORM TO ENROLL.


3. Resident Portal E-Check & Credit Card Payment


You can visit the resident portal at lcs.cincwebaxis.com. Once at the main page you can click “Quick Payment “or you can log into the portal. Once on the main page of the portal, you can click on the link that states “Pay Assessments “. On the “Pay Assessments” screen you have a choice to pay by e-check or via credit card. You can also set-up recurring e-check payments on this screen as well. There is a small convenience fee of $1.99 for E-Checks and 3.5% for Credit Card payments as charged by the bank.
